Celebrate with us during the Dana Point Harbor Festival of Whales. Tour the fleet, meet members, and learn about our Academy, Membership, Racing, and SailShare programs.  Clubhouse is open from 12pm to 9pm for food and drinks.

 

April 24  |   "N2A" Race Chase

9:00 AM–4:00 PM (wind dependent)
Aventura officially launches this fleet race, returning from Newport to Dana Point alongside the N2E action. Racing, camaraderie, and post-race celebrations included.

 

May 14–16  |  Aventura to Avalon Flotilla

We’re bringing back our Catalina flotilla! Sail over midweek, settle into moorings early, and enjoy a classic Aventura group cruise to Avalon.

 

July 25th  |   Aventura’s 50th Anniversary Celebration

Celebrate 50 years under sail!

 

Join us for a full day of friends, fun, and fair winds as we commemorate Aventura's founding in July 1976. Enjoy an afternoon full-fleet sail followed by awards, live music, dancing, and festivities at the clubhouse.

 

Here's to 50 years of adventure—and the next 50 to come. You won't want to miss this historic celebration!

August - Date TBD  |  Aventura Raft Up

Party on the water in the west basin.  Corossol to anchor a 4-5 boat raft up.  Dinghy, whaler and duffy shuttles from dock to boat.

October 8th - 11th  |  Aventura Jazz Flotilla

Cast off and cruise with the "Cool Cats" to Avalon! Follow Corossol to Catalina for a weekend of smooth sailing, island fun, and the legendary JazzTrax Festival. Charter a boat and join the flotilla for great music, good friends, and unforgettable nights under the stars.
