CHARTER POLICIES
Day Charters: a $100 deposit is required at booking to secure your date. Final payment is processed 3 days before departure. If you cancel more than 3 days in advance, the deposit is retained to cover scheduling and preparation costs.
Cancellations: within 3 days are non-refundable, as your date has been reserved exclusively for you. However, if you need to cancel within 3 days due to illness, emergency, or unsafe weather conditions (as determined at our discretion), we’re happy to apply your payment toward another available date within 3 months.
Multi-Day Charters: a 50% deposit is required at booking. Final payment is processed 3 days before departure. If you cancel more than 3 days in advance, 50% of your deposit is retained.
Cancellations: within 3 days, we’re not able to offer a cash refund since the boat has been held exclusively for your use, but in cases of illness, emergency, or unsafe weather conditions (as determined at our discretion), we’ll gladly credit your payment toward another available date within 3 months.
