Embark on your culinary journey and attend one of Chef Ginger's Cooking Classes and Wine Pairings. The featured dish for July was Ahi Tuna Tartare Stack paired with a Chateau D'Esclans Cotes De Provence Rose' "Whispering Angel" . We had 42 members attend in 2 separate sessions.
