What makes this boat so appealing is first and foremost its styling. Designed by Vittorio Garroni in collaboration with naval architect, Marc Lombard, the 42DS is the third design in the current range of deck salons and features the same signature look as its two predecessors, the 49DS and 54DS.

Other noteworthy features include an ultra modern hull, providing exceptional speed while under sail or power, twin steering wheels for easy maneuvering and comfort in the cockpit, long Harken roof-mounted mainsheet track, Harken self-tailing winches, large cockpit table with plenty of room to accommodate the Raymarine E90 chartplotter, moulded table base providing both height and ventilation to the aft cabin below and conveniently placed genoa winches that are mounted within easy reach of the helm stations.
